Shipping Time

Typically it takes 2-4 business days for processing your order before shipping.

For made-to-order items, please give us at least 1 week (up to 2 weeks) to make your item(s) and prepare them for shipping.

Below are the estimated shipping times for some countries (excluding processing time). Contact us if your country is not listed here.

Singapore: 2-3 business days

Malaysia: 5-10 business days

USA: 8-16 business days

Australia, New Zealand: 7-14 business days

I never got my order, what to do?

Check the shipping status of your package via your tracking number.

If it has been 2-3 weeks since your order was shipped, make sure to check with your local post office for any packages being held for you, as our chosen shipping service requires a signature upon delivery in most destinations. If you were not home when your package was delivered, it might have been sent back to the post office.

If the package has not reached your local post office, please contact us at or our contact form and we will submit an enquiry.

Why has tracking updates stopped?

We are based in Singapore, and use Singapore Post as our shipping provider.

For international deliveries, your local postal service will handle the delivery once it reaches the destination country.

Tracking capabilities for our shipping method is limited, and unable to provide tracking information for some countries once the parcel leaves Singapore.

The best way to get information about your parcel is to contact your local post office and present them with your tracking number for reference.

For Collection pieces that are made in limited quantities:

Collection pieces are typically made in one length, but we can adjust your necklace at no cost. Do take note that the pattern of the necklace might have to be modified, or that we might be unable to adjust the necklace exactly to your specifications.

All necklaces will come with an extender, but if you wish to extend your piece, drop a note at checkout and we will email you to discuss the details!

For made-to-order pieces:

Customizations from scratch:

We mostly rely on plated metal findings for our jewellery, and although we've found findings that we prefer and can last for a long time, it is inevitable that the plating wears off or tarnishes without proper care. Refer to the next section on tips to maintain your jewellery for a longer time.

For wire, we use tarnish resistant copper wire that we have personally tested and found to be very long lasting. (As of now, since we started using this type of wire more than a year ago, we have yet to find tarnishing despite Singapore's humid weather.)

We typically use gemstones, a lot of glass seed beads (TOHO, Miyuki, etc.), glass beads of all kinds, acrylic beads. And we like experimenting with new beads all the time.

As much as possible, we will state the materials used in our pieces. However, if the piece gets overly complicated, there may be one two types not specified in the product description.

Taking care of your jewellery

 Here are some tips:

1. Remove jewellery before swimming and doing anything that might result in your jewellery coming in contact with water.

2. Remove jewellery before participating in acitivites that will cause you to perspire.

3. Spray your perfume before putting on your jewellery, and make sure creams or moisturizers are well absorbed into your skin before putting on jewellery. Substances like oil and nail polish may also react badly to the metals, so avoid those while wearing your jewellery.

4. Avoid soaps and detergent, anything that is not pH neutral as that will tarnish your jewellery.

5. Jewellery should be the last thing you put on--and the first thing you take off. Take them off before you sleep!

For cleaning, use a soft cloth to wipe away any dust or dirt. Store your jewellery in sturdy storage to keep it away from direct light and dust.

We can provide services to fix your piece (either free or at a fee) depending on availability. You would have to cover shipping costs to us. Read our Returns and Refunds section for more details.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds and Returns

We typically do not carry out refunds or returns after the sale. This is due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description and media provided before purchasing and contact us via email ( if you have questions.

If your order has not been fulfilled, contact us as soon as possible to request for a refund. We will evaluate based on whether the order has been sent out yet. There may be a delay between us fulfilling your order and updating the status of your order, so we would only be able to refund you (minus processing fees) if your order has NOT been fulfilled yet.


Damages and other issues

Upon receiving your item, please check them and contact us within 48 hours if they are damaged or incorrect. We would let you know how we can resolve the issue.


Refunds for Lost Orders

If your order is lost and does not arrive, please contact us via email ( and we will work to figure things out. However, do take note that we will proceed to submit an enquiry, which can take up to 60 days. We would only be able to refund you after receiving confirmation from Singapore Post that the package is lost (which will take a maximum of 60 days).


Refunds for Undelivered Orders

If the item isn't delivered correctly at no fault of ours (wrong shipping address, failure to collect parcel, etc.) we will only be able to process a refund of the item (minus processing fees). Shipping fee will not be refunded.
