Important Shop Update – Temporary Closure & Upcoming Changes

Dear Customers,

I wanted to let you know about some important updates to my shop as I transition my business operations from Singapore to Japan.

 ☆Order Pause Date:

All orders will be paused starting 29 August. Please place any orders before this date if you would like them shipped from Singapore.

 ☆Inventory Move:

On 31 August, my family will help me bring all current inventory to Japan. During this time, I will be preparing new shipping processes, packaging, and operations, so the shop will be temporarily closed for about a month.

☆Returned Orders:

Returned orders will still be processed with Singapore shipping prices, but please expect some delays.

For returns from the US, refunds will be issued minus shipping fees because shipping prices to the US have increased significantly due to recent policy changes.

 ☆Reopening in October:

The shop will reopen in October with:

 ★Updated normal product pricing (current sale prices will end).

 ★New shipping rates based on my Japan location.

I truly appreciate your support and understanding during this transition and can’t wait to continue sharing my creations with you from my new base in Japan!
