Refund policy

General Policy

Due to hygiene reasons and the made-to-order nature of many of our pieces, we do not accept returns or refunds once a sale is completed.
Please review the product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us as soon as possible.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued minus processing fees (charged by our payment provider).
  • Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please note that there may be a delay between when your order is fulfilled and when the order status is updated.
  • Accidental Orders: These are also subject to processing fee deductions.
  • Exceptions: If we are unable to produce your item or must cancel due to our own error, a full refund will be issued.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We will review your case and let you know the best way to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

 

Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to reasons outside of our control (e.g. incorrect shipping address provided, failure to collect the package), we can only refund the item price minus processing fees after checking the condition of the items.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Repairs & Resizing

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours so we can repair or replace it free of charge.
  • For repairs or resizing after this period, costs vary depending on the case. Repairs may take up to three weeks.
  • When requesting a repair, please include your contact information, order number, date of purchase, and photos of the item in your email.
  • We reserve the right to deny repair requests that are deemed unreasonable.
