United States: Shipping has resumed! We offer trackable EMS and International Air Packet via Japan Post. Due to strict US customs regulations, all commercial shipments to the US require duties to be calculated and prepaid before dispatch. See the Duties & Taxes section below for how this affects your checkout workflow.

Rest of the World: Orders are shipped via Japan Post using available tracked options for each country. Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

Japan Post Service Tiers

Options vary by destination.

  • EMS: The fastest, premium option with maximum insurance coverage. Ideal for multi-item or high-value orders.
  • International Air Packet: A reliable, cost-effective, and fast tracked option suitable for lightweight packages.

Duties & Taxes

For US Customers (Prepaid Delivery):

Under current US regulations, the traditional duty-free threshold for commercial goods has been removed. All items entering the US are subject to upfront customs evaluation.

  1. At checkout, you will pay only for your items and the baseline postage rate.
  2. After your order is placed, we will calculate the exact US customs duties and clearance fees through our shipping portal.
  3. We will send a separate digital invoice for this exact duty amount.
  4. Your order will be held and dispatched only once this duty invoice is paid. This process ensures your package passes through US customs smoothly without further unexpected fees upon delivery.

*Note: The final duty invoice includes both the mandatory US import tariff and the third-party carrier processing/clearance fee charged by Japan Post’s customs portal (Zonos Prepay).

For the Rest of the World (Delivery Duty Unpaid):

Customs duties, VAT, or local import taxes are not included in your initial checkout order. For all countries outside the US, these fees must be paid by the customer directly to the local courier or customs office upon arrival in their destination country. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

🕒 Processing Times

  • Ready-made items: Processed and prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days. For US orders, please note that the final dispatch depends on the swift payment of the separate customs duty invoice.
  • Made-to-order or customized items: Please allow 2-4 weeks for production before your order enters the shipping queue, excluding holidays.

🚚 Tracking & Responsibility

For orders shipped with tracking, you can monitor your parcel’s status using the tracking number provided in your fulfillment email. Please contact the courier directly for delivery inquiries once the package leaves Japan.
