USA and Iceland: Shipping to these countries are currently paused while we reassess cost-effective options.
Rest of the World: Orders are shipped via Japan Post, using the available tracked options for each country. Shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Here are the shipping options provided by Japan Post. *Options vary be destination.

EMS: The fastest, but also most expensive option.

International ePacket Light: Relatively affordable and fast. Only available for a few countries.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer upon arrival in their country. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Ready-made items: Processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been fulfilled.
Made-to-order or customized items: Please allow 1–3 weeks for production and shipping, excluding holidays.

For orders shipped with tracking, customers can check their parcel’s status using the tracking number provided. Please contact the courier directly for delivery inquiries.
